We take this time to learn about your providers, their documentation style, data conversion (if any), administrative table setup, EDI status, end user training needs, implementation timeframe, and any other critical success factors.
On-site go-live support can range from two days to several weeks depending on the size of the clinic and the amount of support required. Frequently, customers will work with BlueFish Medical well beyond their go-lives to monitor the clinical and financial performance of their practice. Our on-going support can free you up to manage your practice while we monitor and report on critical performance areas.
